1) Digital products (e-books, downloads)
All sales of digital products, including e-books, guides, and downloadable resources, are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
2) Online courses & training
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Once more than 20% of the course has been viewed or completed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, due to the customized nature of consulting and integration services.
For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly marketing or CRM packages), cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are issued.
Any exceptions or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis at BSCA’s sole discretion.
4) Technical issues
If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased product or service, please contact us immediately at support@bsca-group.com. We will work to resolve the issue, and if we cannot provide access, you may be eligible for a refund.
5) Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, please contact us within 14 days. We may request additional documentation to investigate. If verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6) Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment processors.
