1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2) Accounts & responsibilities

When creating an account with BSCA, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3) Services & scope

BSCA provides business consulting, CRM setup & integration, marketing solutions, training, and digital products such as e‑books and courses. We may update, modify, or discontinue certain services at our discretion.

4) Payments & billing

• Fees for services and products are specified at the time of purchase or in your service agreement.
• Payments are processed through secure third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.

5) Refunds & cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product:

• Digital products (e‑books, downloads) are non‑refundable once delivered.
• Online courses may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed.
• Consulting or service packages may include separate cancellation policies outlined in your agreement.

6) User conduct

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include:

• Violating laws or regulations;
• Infringing intellectual property rights;
• Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content;
• Interfering with or disrupting our platforms.

7) Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on BSCA’s websites and services remain the property of BSCA Group, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BSCA disclaims all warranties, express or implied;
• BSCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive.

10) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
